Madina Oil Refinery is a fully integrated energy company and one of Pakistan’s leading players in the corporate energy sector. Formed as a strategic joint venture between the Government of Pakistan (60%) and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (40%), it operates under the umbrella of Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd. (PARCO).
